It's time to get pampered. We're kicking off our Best of Citysearch campaign to seek out your favorite places for relaxing spa treatments, drop-dead gorgeous hairstyles and bronze-worthy tans. If you have a few in mind, just go to that business listing on our site, click on the "Nominate for Best of Citysearch" tab and vote! The Pointe Day Spa

MASSAGE: True, the suburban, strip mall surroundings don’t exactly scream restful retreat. But behind the walls at this Hillsboro day spa, soccer moms and retirees relax under the hands of a practiced masseuse. Go with a classic Swedish massage (and add aromatherapy at no charge) or opt for the hot stone massage to serve as the perfect antidote to a rainy Northwest day.

The upbeat staff helps shoppers test and select the right products from an array of lines including Lorac, NARS and Butter London. Don’t forget: The staff also offers services ranging from a 15-minute makeup touch up to an anti-aging eye treatment called the Sidecar.

BUDGET SERVICES: Thrifty Pearl District condo dwellers spend their beauty bucks on trims, highlights and services at this training salon. By opting for a cut with a student over a professional stylist, they save a buck on every service and yet still look as polished as their spend-happy neighbors.
