Bachelor party? High school reunion? Since when did you need an excuse for a man-date with your bros? As Destiny's Child once said: "Fellas leave your girl with her friends, 'cuz it's 11:30 and the club is jumpin', jumpin'." Break out our list for a guy's night out in Portland, full of places where bro-mance can truly blossom. (Photo by Flickr user David Goehring)

Got some hotshots in your crew? Take the whole posse to Killer Burger, and order up the Marine--loaded with ghost peppers, habaneros, jalapenos, and something called "burning sauce of fire." Ordering the burger requires a signed waiver. If you're too much of a wuss, choose a different enormous burger, served up cafeteria style with some of the tastiest french fries in town. Wash it all down with plenty of PBR.
A (slightly) classier take on the classic sports bar, Spirit of 77 is where you head when you want to watch the big game on a wall-sized projector, eat chicken wings that didn't used to be frozen, and drink a few pitchers of microbrew with your buddies. The space is sort of like your high school gym--expansive, covered in lacquered wood, and full of dudes yelling.
This industrial Southeast bar might seem fussy at first, but it's got two things your boys will definitely be into--serious whiskey and seriously hot girls. Light up a cigar, order an aged bourbon, and take in the eye candy. Hungry? Satisfy your manly appetite with beer-battered french fries, bacon-wrapped meatloaf, or a Philly cheese steak.
You are forbidden to have a guys night out in Portland without patronizing one of the city's many fine ... dancing establishments. Union Jack is one of the best--the girls don't look like they're made out of plastic, the performances are entertaining, and, since there tend to be as many women as men enjoying the show, you won't feel like a creep.
Ready to bro down with endless rounds of cheap beer, plentiful pool tables, and plates of french fries bigger than your head? Hustle the crew over to Sam's Hollywood Billiards, where the drinks are stiff, the vibe is mellow, and pool tables are rented by the hour.
This cheerfully seedy bar is Portland's ultimate place to ring in the night--or nurse a killer hangover the next day. If you're going late night, order some chicken fried steak, a couple of pitchers, and play the arcade games. Breakfast? For $4.95 you've got yourself a pile of bacon, eggs and pancakes, or an awesome Bloody Mary to drink while you embellish the events of the night before.
