My family has gone to and used Battle Ground Walgreen's Pharmacy for years until the last year or two it's gone downhill. On three most recent occasions I've received
1. The wrong dose of a medication (double what it should have been with no indication to split the pill)
2. A medication that I was allergic to (same family of antibiotic) that I happened to "google" upon getting home because the generic name sounded similar to my allergy (Walgreens has my allergy information in the system and is updated regularly for my family).
3. Been full billed for a medication my health insurance only requires a small co-pay for because "We don't have time to call them right now, but you can come back in a couple days and buy this." (The prescription co-pay is printed on the card) If I had a couple days I would except I'd like to get my three month old baby treated YESTERDAY, much less three days from now! (I did end up paying full price and pursuing a refund with my insurance)

Unhelpful Customer Service & Always Moody Pharmacy. Recently I called to see if they had a product, and she said they did not. I didn't know exactly what the product was. It was recommended to me for a symptom. I told her this, and she just said she'd never heard of it, didn't know what it was. She made no offer to assist me finding out what it was or even saying "sorry, I'm not sure what that is. Sorry I couldn't help. Try [this store] or [that store] or online." She clearly wanted to get off the phone. My wife switched to Fred Meyer's pharmacy because it was easier, having better hours, and the people in this Walgreens pharmacy are nearly ALWAYS rude/short with us, almost slammed my hand in their little transaction box (in their drivethrough), and they never have a smile on their faces. I know "never" is a big word to use, but you just have to try them to see. How does a company survive with such service? I know Shiree is always nice, and the young people (or others) that work the cash registers are kind, but I think this store director needs to listen to this review and consider that they're loosing customers and we'd rather go to Fred Meyer down the street. Sorry this review sucks, but.. the attitudes their need to be addressed.…
