BEWARE. THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS IT WAS. I've gone here for 10 years... 2-3 times each year. It was always a HIGHLIGHT of my year. NOW IT SUCKS. They don't answer their phones anymore, they don't return phone calls. I finally got an appointment after 60 days of unreturned phone-calls, and the experience was GHASTLY. Dirty. Filthy. Bugs in the bathroom. I would have gotten a better massage from a traffic cop. NOTHING WORKS ANYMORE. New owners have DESTROYED THIS PLACE. SO SAD TO SEE A PIECE OF HISTORY DIE

Best mineral bath. Carson hot springs is definantly one of my favorite places to go and relax .Boneville mixes thier water and it may be fancier in looks, but I like the rustic look of carson. They are very friendly and the water is pure minerals most strong after a good rain. After soaking for a half hour (although they dont rush you Ive soaked for about an hour on a weekday) you get a relaxing wrap to sweat your toxins away..... I seriously feel like I am floating on a cloud after Im done,They were in the process of building a new building and I was secretly hoping it would take a long time because I dont want it to change one bit,If you take a cold hike in the beautiful setting and then soak, add a massage for an extra treat and your in pure tranquil bliss. Dont waste your money on the other place I mentioned just for the looksI went there once and they were out of hot water that was a little fishy since it supposedly comes from the hot springs!!! if your looking for the health benifits this is the place, keep it our little secret

I change my mind about this place. I used to go to this place frequently. Last time I was there the message therapist had a cold and kept stopping to clear her nose. I was also cold the whole time I was getting a massage. I also contracted scabies and had to go through medical treatment and luckily did not give it to anyone else including my husband. I would be cautious of this place.

Offering quiet relaxation and revitalizing therapies in a historic and scenic setting.. In Short
The spa has a rustic appeal, complete with dirt roads and bathhouse-style rooms. There are no modern amenities and everyone showers in a community bathhouse. Matronly attendants prepare mineral baths drawn straight from the hot springs below the hotel. Bathers relax in 110-degree sulfurous water and are admonished to drink five cups of hot water from the spigot. They are led to wrap rooms, where attendants mummify them in yards of flannel-like fabric for purifying purposes.

By no means a resort but still A+ !. Nor a resort by anymeans: time warp back in time and very very rustic. The tub soaks are beyond relaxing and the water is piped right up from the hillside (you can see the pipes!). Atmosphere is run down and dimly light but that's the charm of this place: no high end foo foo, just the water and massage. The massages are fantastic AFTER a soak followed by the wool blanket wraps: heaven! a meal in the hotel is the best so that you can then enjoy your food coma as you drift off to your hotel (primative) room. It's the basics here so don't come if you expect foo-foo. Mother Earth would stay here.

Low Key. Very low key spa. No frills. Just a mineral bath, wrap and good massage. The drive up is beautiful and helps put you in the mood for the very quiet atmosphere. Take the time to stop in Stevenson at The Big River Grill on the way home for dinner or lunch.

Rustic Relaxation. Saint Martin's Hot Springs is located in Carson Washington, and it's a very relaxing treat. I really much enjoyed the soak and massage. However the term "rustic" which they use to describe the facilities is generous. The place is a bit run down. It's great though if you can get past that and just enjoy the pampering.
