We have eaten at this downtown Vancouver restaurant a few times. The first time we we ate here it was fabulous and loved the Pad Thai and roasted chicken. I don't know if they have changed chef's but the quality and taste on the return visits didn't meet our expectations.

We had heard a lot about Thai Orchid but it didn't live up to the hoopla. The service was so-so and the food was average. We did like the downtown location and all the windows give it a bigger city kind of feel.

Thai Orchid serves excellent Thai cuisine. They make a great Tom Kha Gai, Pad Thai and several other tasty dishes. Customer service is good and prices are a little high but worth it.
