Best vintage store in Vancouver. By far one of the best vintage stores in the portland area. Great selection of women's and men's clothes/shoes/hats/accessories. Owner is very friendly and helpful; also very knowledgeable about all of the items in her store. I have never walked into Urban Eccentric and left empty handed, and the prices are very affordable! I highly recommend checking this place out!
