Best Salon in Vancouver. I dont know where the negativity is coming from. I have been going to this salon, Joni in particular, for the 10 years they have been opened..I have never had a bad haircut or color. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Isnt that why we spend so much of our money and time on our hair..?

Great Salon. Great Salon! I've been going for 6 years on a regular basis. Everyone there is very nice and professional. They keep up to date with current trends and always have great ideas when I'm looking for something new. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

PERFECTION. I have been going to Park West Studio since it opened. Not only is the staff courteous, they pride themselves in their abilities and quality of work. If you enjoy being appreciated as a client, pampered and accommodated then Park West Studio is for you! The owner consistently reveals her high standard by providing an atmosphere of efficiency and pristine surroundings. The staff is educated in the most contemporary techniques of style. I have never left disappointed. I never tire of all of the compliments I receive about my hair. I owe it all to Joni at Park West Studio.

Horrible Salon. This salon is horrible. Joni (the owner) is rude, unprofessional, and inconsistent in her work. You'll get an 'OK' haircut one time, then a horrible cut the next. She over books appointments, so expect to wait 30 or more minutes. The staff acts like a bunch of high school girls and you, the customer, are the uncool kid. It's really that bad. On top of all this, you'll pay twice what you'd pay at any other high end salon.
