We (my family and I) have been going to the Silver Dragon for years. Yes it is always crowded but the food is usually good and cheap. I will never go back, The food the last two times we had take out was horrible. Last night it was burnt and there were suspect ingredients (there was nowhere in fried rice or fried noodles where mushrooms belong and my son had a bone in his chicken fried rice.) I was told to come in in the morning and talk to the manager, that was not who I talked to, she was way to young and rude. I brought back in the burnt food to show her what I was talking about and her answer was flip and discourteous ( I will admit to getting a little irate when treated like a moron). All I wanted was an acknowledgement that the food was indeed burnt and maybe an apology, I got neither just a stupid comment from the waitress about call 911, come on really? I suggest if you want to go here you go with the expectation that you will get lousy service but ok, American Chinese greasy food. The hostess is insincere and frankly a witch.

Very enjoyable experience!. I really liked this place considering a couple of the reviews on here. No problems with the staff and we were seated quickly. Overall the portions were large and the food was better than most fast food Chinese. The pork fried rice is really good and the fried shrimp and egg rolls are worth coming back.

bring a plastic bag for vomit. take a plastic bag with you. as you walk in and throw up in you'r mouth save it in the bag, you'll need it for flavour later. sit anywhere, hell these "people" don't care where,they don't even care that you are there. order anything, anything at all.it won't matter, its all going to taste like dog crap.when it arrives add vomit (told you) and enjoy. go ahead, try it. i dare you.

I love this place!!!. My family & I have been coming to this restaurant for many years & I always look forward to the great food & service. The fried shrimp is excellent!!! They always give big proportions, & if you go during lunch hours (which I believe is 11am-3pm, call to be sure) the prices are lower. The staff has always been super nice whenever we went. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they could definitely benefit from a good makeover, new booths, carpet, etc. But other than that the place is great!

This place and its staff suck!!!. First of all the waitress was rude & very inpatient. Then she spilled gravy all over my jacket that was hanging on my chair. She tried cleaning it up without saying a word to me as to what she had done, when asked what she was doing, she finally admitted to spilling the gravy. She continued trying to clean up for another 30 or so seconds and finally left. Food was OK, but I have eaten better at almost every Chinese restaurant in Vancouver WA. when it was time to go, I found a lot more gravy on my jacket, which I had to clean myself and in letting the hostess aware of all the horrible service to me and my family, I received a very unbelievable "Sorry" as she takes my cash & disappears into the back.

I wouldn't take my worst enemy here!!!

Americanized Chinese Diner. More of a bar type feeling, many regulars come here. Nothing spectacular to speak of, and the foods a little greesy. But it's Americanized Chinese; what do you expect? Over all, not bad. The taste is good, if you're not looking for authentic. A quick, cheap lunch or dinner with plenty of take outs if you dine-in. I generally get the pork fried rice, you can't really go wrong with something so basic. Waitresses are nice as well.
