After checking this place out almost a year ago and leaving unimpressed, I heard that it was now operating under new ownership and decided to give it another chance. I am so glad I did! Not only was the atmosphere so much better, but the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for laser hair removal and LOVED the results! I would highly recommend this place for any of your spa needs! In fact, I didn't leave without setting up a girls spa day with my friends!

Friendly staff and service!!!. I bought a groupon for laser hair removal. I have also had a facial here and each appointment has been a great experience. I even brought my son in for a "teen" facial and it was a very positive experience for him as well. What I appreciate most about Oasis Day Spa is the fact that the ladies that work there don't behave like some of the other "snobby" salon/spa's I have been to. In fact, my husband gets me gift certificates several times a year for different occasions and I have finally been able to let him know I have found a spa that I like!!! The ladies that work here are down to earth, friendly and professional. I encounted an issue with a tech being caught in traffic. It was no biggie, I waited for a bit but the owner offered to throw in an extra service for me which I thought was very generous! I think if people would speak up if they encounter a problem, the employees here seem very workable and accomodating to make it right.

LOVED THE SERVICE THERE! THE LADIES ARE SOO HELPFUL!!. I went to Oasis Day Spa for a laser hair removal, the laser tech explained to me that its more of a hair reduction versus removal! I have had my 4th treatment and have seen a reduction in my hair growth. I dont have to shave as frequently as before its great! I highly recommend this place the ladies are 100% honest if you have ANY and i mean ANY questions for them dont hesitate to ask, they made me feel very comfortable with my questions.

THESE LADIES ARE THE BEST. I had the best experience ever! The girls are so nice and they can always fit me in. My results for my laser hair removal are amazing. I've been twice on my underarms and I have about 50 percant reduction. They always make me feel special and cared for. I would highly recommend this spa to anybody!!!!! Love it!!!!!

BEWARE DO NOT GO THERE!. Worst customer service ever. Two times I have made appointments only to get there and NO ONE was there do the service requested. First time a made an appt to have my nails done and the girl that does them was not even scheduled to work that day. Then the front desk girl was RUDE did I say RUDE? I mean RUDE and denied talking to me and said she was not the one who made the appt. but funny thing she greated me and acknowledged my name on the books. I had to ask why I was not being called back, then I was finally told the truth that no one was there to do it. Then when I made an appt for my massage, same thing. Got there 10 min early, was acknowledged that my appt was on the books. Finally after waiting 15 minutes, I HAD TO ASK , no one informed me, then I was told no one was there to perform the service. All they do is text and stand around and talk to each other! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever, I WILL NEVER GO BACK or reccommend this unprofessional place to anyone!

Horrible Service. I purchased a groupon for 6 session of laser hair removal from here. I have had 5 of those sessions and do not see any difference at all. This is probably due to the fact that they used three different machines on me so far and have switched the person doing it. I am not even going back for my last session because it is just a waste of time. The staff is also not too focused on customer service. Many times I stood there for minutes before any one acknowledge me, because they were too busy having personal conversations with one another.

Stay away for the New wellness center..... Upset customer. I went to there new place which is the wellness center. The customer service was very poor. The Laser hair removal was very painful. The staff didn't seem to care except for the money. Customers beware!!

Best Hair salon!!. Love getting my hair done here. Cindy is great, always accomodating. She is one of the BEST colorists I have ever had in my 16 years of coloring my hair. I have been to salons that charge well over 200$ with results far less flattering results. I highly recommend Oasis!!!
