Quick service saved our Food.. I panicked this morning when everything in the fridg was warm and the freezer section was thawing. I called Brockmans and they asked me to check a few things on the fridg, from my responses they thought that it was something wrong with the auto defrost and that it did not sound too serious. They were able to get out within a few hours and get it back working before my food went bad. Very professional and nice, also checked on a problem we were having on our dryer with out any extra charge.

Son not like father. I heard from old timers around Vancouver that Brockman's father was an honest business man. I had him out last summer to fix a front load washing machine. He charged me $105.00 to clean out the rubber backing from a rug that I washed. I also complained about a noise when the drum was rotating, he told me that was normal. Now over one year later, Appliance Clinic pulled the belt (which I suspected from the beginning) and compared it to a new belt. The old belt had stretched 2-3 inches. West Appliance also told me the noise was normal.

The belt is replaced - No More Noise! Brockman could have shown me where to clean out the rubber backing from the rug and I could have done it myself!

Ridiculous charge!. We had leaking problem w/ our washer. They charged me $81 for just coming over, taking a look at inside of the washer and telling me "this isn't washer's problem. You need to call a plumber. " I was thinking it would be like $20 for service call if there isn't anything wrong w/ washer! (it wasn't a emergency call.) I'd love to make $81 in 10 min. for solving nothing! Never using them again!
