Master Cuts

good, but u can find better. I had my hair cut there a total of 3 times and the quality is consistently good. Each time it was by a different hairstylist. They have high turnover but I haven't encountered any problems getting a decent haircut. My gripe is only with customer service. I was getting a haircut by Hope and she did a good job. When my cut was done the phone rang and she went to answer it. She soon came back saying "I'm sorry..." but turns out she came to get an accounting book, not to finish sweeping the hair and removing the sheet. It was the corporate office calling. So i had to sit there a few minutes while she worked things out with them. Total lack of customer service skills. She should have told the corporate that she has to finish with a customer, but turns out the boss is more important. I won't go to Master Cuts again.…

NEVER EVER AGAIN....Don't look back. I have been to all the Master cuts and they are just like the perfect Looks not a one of them can cut hair...Same thing happen took chunks out of my husbands hair he had bald spots and the manager who cut his hair said he was sorry and offered him 20% off and my hair they couldn't cut it if you gave them a stencil and drew it out for them with all the cut lines and where to cut and my daughters hair the same.Now why would you go back somewhere they made a mistake so they can make another mistake and offer you another 20% off the next haircut. I often wonder how some of these stylists get their licenses.Suggestion pay the price for people that have a good reputation and are very picky on who they hire.Like 22 Changes in Vancouver, Wa. Spendy but awesome place and worth it.They will not hire anyone there with less then a certain amount of hours and they have to have cut hair for more than 3 years in a reputable place prior to applying there no exceptions.They do have other stipulations but some of the main ones.…
