Not happy about new return policy. Been shoping at trade secret for years and always recommended them to family and friends especially when buying expensive flat iron cuz as long as you kept your receipt and box you could exchang when it stoped working or just didn't get as hot as it use to I thougt this was a great and it was the only reason I would shop and send others to buy product from ther as a beauty school student I'm always sending people ther so my Paulmichl flat iron isn't working its shuting on and off and went to go xchang the other day and they told me they no longer do it! I looked on line and it stil has same return policy so I'm wondring if its just this store ? We'll just would like to know why ?
