Took my car in regarding a recall. The service department was wonderful. Very quickly they fixed the problem and answered the questions that I had. Over-all Good Sales Experience. Thanks to Holly for being so patient and helpful when assisting my friend with buying the perfect car. I would give her 5 stars - her manager not so many. He was more intent on making a sale rather than finding the right car. Holly wanted to make sure that my friend had a car that would work for her and her budget. Can't thank her enough. Service MGR refuses to enquire about problem.
Discovering the Dealership put in wrong oil, I called Hannah Honda. I was informed Service MGR would call us.
...One day after receiving no response, we e-mailed Service Dept.
...Third day and still no response.
The lack of ANY enquiring response surprised us, since in general Honda Dealerships are usually very good. We have owned Honda's for 15 years.
Obviously, we won't buy our 2012 Honda from Hannah Honda.

Veronica -- Personal service to perfection.
At first it puzzled me that the service people recognized me when I came in -- or maybe it was just a fluke -- but they do know me and my
Hondas. As I pulled in last week for my free tires (yes!! it does happen with "Customer for life") Veronica greeted me with a great smile and thanked me for being a few minutes early. And then my car was done in less time than promised!
We have 3 Hondas in the family, and the fourth is a VW, also bought from Dick Hannah. I can't recommend a better place for sales and service!
