Thanks for the friendly and honest service!. Very impressed with the nice guy who came to my house! He found a minor problem with my flatscreen and it cost me 80 bucks to get my TV fixed when another shop told me it would be $300! Thank you, thank you , thank you! You are honest and very professional! Will tell all my friends!

Great Experience. Very nice on phone, after checking out symptoms during the service call he explained what my options were... I felt informed and valued as a customer. T.V. works great. I would definitely call them again.

Not very good. I called they told me they did'nt know what it was that was wrong with my tv but where more then happy to come get it and take it back to there shop! they told me some ungodly price! I asked if they would fix it here at my house cause this is my only tv they would not.

Great experience!. Just had my panasonic TV fixed in my home the same day I called and the price was very reasonable and the guy was really nice! Would use A-1 TV again! Definitely recommend! Thanks again!

Best experience with any service outfit!. I had to just put my two cents in here. Just because the reviewer below has "A1TV" as their name doesn't mean they ARE associated with them. They probably couldn't think of a user name and just put in what they were signing up to review. I put in "citysearchmod" just to see if it would allow it and it did! I have had a couple of TV's fixed by Wolf's in Vancouver and the experience was horrible. I recently had my Sony HD Big Screen fixed by A-1 TV in my home and I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and the price. The Tech WAS very polite and helpful and he even helped me get my surround sound system working for no extra charge! A+++++

hmmmm..... Nice, I like how the one review on this shop is by "a1tv". I would not associate with a business that involves itself in shady marketing as they do. Maybe you should have signed in as a different user!

Honest, fair priced, and fast customer service. Called them when my Big Screen TV needed repaired and they came out the same day! No one else in town was able to come out to my house as soon as these guys could. Technician was very polite and knew what he was doing. He found the problem quoted me a very reasonable price and I was back watching the ball game that day. I later called around to compare the price I had paid to other repair shops and found I was charged from $100 to $200 less by A-1 TV then the other guys quoted me. I will give all my home electronics business to them in the future.
