Very nice on phone, after checking out symptoms during the service call he explained what my options were... I felt informed and valued as a customer. T.V. works great. I would definitely call them again.

I called they told me they did'nt know what it was that was wrong with my tv but where more then happy to come get it and take it back to there shop! they told me some ungodly price! I asked if they would fix it here at my house cause this is my only tv they would not.
Sorry guys no thanks

Just had my panasonic TV fixed in my home the same day I called and the price was very reasonable and the guy was really nice! Would use A-1 TV again! Definitely recommend! Thanks again!
