Very Bad Management, Very High Price, Very Old Apartments.. This place is a TOTAL disappointment , the management is the worst, they simply don?t care, the prices are very high and one can get a much better place for the same money, very old apartments that squeaks with every step and they have strict rules that DOES NOT apply to all people equally, I don?t recommend it AT ALL.  View Less View More

$$$$$$$move in if your Donald Trump$$$$$$$$. $$$$$ VERY EXPENSIVE $$$$$$$ not worth moving in. with 350+ units they don't care about individuals! I moved in about 6 months ago by taking over a friends lease. it was already $700/mo. for a 1 bedroom.. I didn't think it could get any higher so I moved in. I just got a letter on my door saying that my lease was ending in 25 days and if I wanna renew the 12 month lease it would sky rocket up $100 more dollars per month. making it $800/mo... and If I wanted to go month to month it would go up $300/mo. to $1000/month for a 1 bedroom.

These appartments are not that nice, I do not understand how they think They can charge that. Also this is the only appartment that will make sure you pay "national water & power bill" every place I have lived in before took care of that.

$500 pet deposit for my 9# cat and if I wanted another it would be another $500.

The one trash/recycling center is a quarter mile away, so you need to drive to it.

Also there aren't any anenities, you will pay for cable, internet, phone, car parking, and I'm sure they will charge you a lawn mowing fee starting next month...

Herritage Green is a huge rip off and I would dicourage anyone from living here, My neighbors and friends who have lived here in the past agree.

I have to go now and find another appartment, becuase they only gave my 5 days notice to move out before they start charging me the rasied rates...

Luckily you have 2 kidneys, one to keep you alive and another for living at Herritage Green Appartments.  View Less
