worste rip off yet. $100 App Fee! Rediculous! they took it from me before I even got a chance to look at the property, oh and it had to be cash. Smelt like pet odor, bad seals, mold around back door, they dont pay wsg, oh and NO FRIDGE...seriously.

Then they have the nerve to tell me they wont process my $100 app until I give my 30 days notice. So basically whether they accept my app or not, me and my family would be on the street in 30 days. These people are seriously shady. DONT GET INVOLVED WITH Northwest Property Management. I hope they get reported to the BBB.…

the worse management property ever. Stay away from then, first we was apply to be pre-approved for a particular house 2 weeks earlier before the house was vacant they take the application with the $100 fee then few days ago i call to ask above the process of the application and they tell as the house was already rented by some other familywent they get are application first, we get so obesed and they tell as we was approved and if we like another property , then next day they call us and tell as like are rental history suck The was odor pet removal from are previous rental place and two lates payments when we lived and that place for 2 years and they was so happy with us,i call are previous rental property place and they tell me the if they are pet friendly property they know that is someting the they do after the teanets move out.The are really bad don"t get invold with people like this…
