Leonardo's is THE BEST - Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. We haven't had anything close to being good pizza since I left my home town of Cleveland Ohio in 2004...

Used to be good pizza.. Lousy slow service. Young person in the kitchen spinning pizza pans on his head. Used to be good pizza but lately they changed the dough for the crust. It sucks. I'll stay FAR away for Leonardo's in the future. If you are smart you will too.

No More. The crust changed sometime near october. My last 2 pizzas were no good. I won't be back.

Leo we used to know ya. I've frequented Leonardo's in Vancouver since 1994. I've gone back on occasion but in October 2010 they started to suck. I returned this month to another sucky pizza but now I know why. The toppings are as good as ever BUT they are haphazardly strewn AND THE CRUST HAS CHANGED. My pies have suffered burned edges and less than plump crust. I am very disappointed. Fool me oncce and I will come back. Fool me twice and I will not come back.

Prediction: they will be gone next year if they don't wise up.

Ex-Best Pizza In Clark County. I just made my last purchase from Leonardo's. In the past the Pizza has been excellent but on the last two occasions it has been less than average. Today I ordered a takeout and brought it home only to find the Crust and the edges of the meat burned. If It wasn't for the distance I had to drive to take it back I would have. I ordered a one half Pepperoni and one half Maui Porker. The Pepperoni looked greasy. I admit I shouild have checked it before accepting it but this time I failed to do so. There shall not be a next time. Sorry Leonardo's but you are no longer the best in Clark County!

One of the best in the area. Superb pizza, service can be slow at times but variety of choise is unbeatable. My personal favorites are South of the border and Thai chicken

Delish Pizza, Sub-Par Service. Leonardo's Pizzeria (1st St location) has hands-down some of the best pizza in the 'Couv. The crust taste great and they are very generous with the toppings. I've created a loyal fan base of Portlanders now willing to cross the river for a slice. The only complaint, and it's a BIG one, is the service. The staff consist mostly of people in their teens to early 20's and there never seems to be any supervision for them. The tables are always dirty and un-bussed, getting the attention of the wait staff occassionally requires flares and sirens, and they have been known to get the orders wrong, if not completely lose an order during the dinner rush. I highly recommend getting your pizza to-go and make sure they see you are waiting.
