We took our year old white comforter in, which was clean except for having been tinted a yellowish color due to age and not being kept in a
duvet cover.
When we got it back, it came with an extra brown stain as an added bonus, free of charge :D This is something that was obviously not there when we dropped it off. Owner hasn't been cooperative.
Co-workers also warned me of this place, I should have listened :(
