I visited this shop with my Mom & Mom in law 2 be. The staff was a great help at trying on dresses. My mom & mil were able to look and both found a dress for themselves. The ladies were a great help to both my moms. My mom had to find a dress that would accomidate both my wedding and my brothers wedding which was only 6 weeks apart. I ended up getting my dress off ebay but brought it here to be altered. My brothers bride bought her dress here. The alterations ladies did an awesome job on all of our dresses. Mine needed tons of altering. She made it fit like a glove. I couldn't have been happier. My sister in law and I have nothing but good things to say about this store. When my SIL orded her gown they were very realistic in how long it would take to arrive and it arrived on time. We did not have any problems or complaint about this store. I was very relaxed here and did not feel pressured to buy. It's great to be able to browse cakes, flowers, tuxes & invitations all in one store. These ladies know what there business. Do yourself a favor and check them out you won't be sorry.

I went into the bridal arts building because it is attached to where I am getting married (The Hostess House). I had not planned to try on dresses that day but I'm so glad I did! The staff was excellent and dresses I hated on the hanger looked great on! They really know what they're doing! I purchased my dress at least 6 months before the wedding and when I went in for my fitting the dress no longer fit (I'd gained too much weight!) But they exchanged my dress and I was able to find one I liked even more. The alterations appointments were quick and easy and the dress now fits perfectly. Highly recommended for wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses and accessories!!!
Pros: Customer Service, Friendliness, Knowledge of Staff
Cons: None-you don't even have to pay tax if you're an Oregon resident!!!
