This is your typical theater mostly run by teenagers who I almost ALWAYS see giving their friends free trash bags filled with popcorn (I am a teenager, so I'm not saying that all teenagers are this moronic). When I saw Juno here, the film cut off halfway through and they didn't continue airing it for about five minutes. They didn't bother rewinding it so we could see the five minutes that we missed, and they didn't give us any kind of a refund when we complained to them. Also, when you DO go the complain, the teenager staff doesn't seem to know what to do at first, as if it's everyone's first day and they're nervously scared. The only theater worse than tihs is Cinema 99.
"TheSims" Comfort level of 1, Enviroment 6.
*Note* All of my theater reviews are based from exactly mid-center seats in about a quarter-way back from the front row. I like to sit just far enough back that while sitting and look at the screen, my vision stretches exactly from the far left of my field-of-view to the far right without moving my head***
While the prices are okay and the staff is wonderful, the real problem is the uncomfortable seats. The screens are decent size with good sound quality, but sitting in the theater's seats make one's mind wonder if the aching neck or sore rear hurt worse. The vertical pitch of the seats, with no rocking ability like the upper-tier theaters, make you strain your neck to see. At the same time, the padding is poor, not very thick, and the armrests do not move up. The seating quality is so poor, I won't go to this theater even though I live literally 1/2 mile away.
Horrible previews. This last weekend we went to Regal City Center at 801 C Street in Vancouver, WA, to see "WILD HOGS". Finally, good humor what a great movie I recommend it. Although, I walked out and stayed in the corridor with several other couple during the commercials. I am very dissappointed that we were going to see a comedy and were inundated with horror, murder and raping previews what a disappointment, also the theater air was stagnet with body odors, a large popcorn was $6.95 on top of the admission price. Why is it that Cinamark theaters can offer $2.00 movies and $3.00 popcorn and yet Regal is unable to. I really enjoyed the movie except for the previews.
Great!.
I love this theatre. I despise going anywhere else! It is obvious that the staff strives for quality as the customer service is always great...not just a bunch of unfriendly teenagers. The movie selection is unlike other Regals, with more artsy and independant films. The theatres are always clean and while concessions is expensive, the popcorn is always fresh. I do however, suggest getting a Regal card. You can use them at any Regal, and you get free popcorn, drinks and even free tickets!
I would never go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!
Comfy theater, usually not over-crowded. I love this theater, once I get past the concessions staff. Teenagers who would apparently be elsewhere run it and for the most part can't even crack a smile. The popcorn borders on bad most days. Concessions are expensive and the selection of drinks is poor. Moving into the theater is the reason I keep going back and recommend the theater to friends.
