We love the Crest!. I 1st stumbled on this park by making a wrong turn 5 years ago when I moved to Portland. It quickly became a fave spot for my boyfriend and I to stroll and enjoy the beauty of this great city and the surrounding mountains. I take all of my out-of-town visitors to the Crest to do some impressing! Great spot!!!…
