In Short – With native Pacific Northwest flora, including firs and rhododendrons, the Grotto is nothing short of an urban oasis. Although this renowned Catholic sanctuary welcomes more than 175,000 guests of all faiths each year, there's more than enough room on the 62 acres to find your own solitude. Enter the plaza level at no cost and check out the chapel, gift shop, and Our Lady's Grotto--a rock cave carved into the base of a 110-foot cliff.
