Incredibly poor salesperson, or amazingly small selection. Sent an email when we made the appt, saying what style the bride is looking for, with a couple of example from the lines they carry. Got an email back saying they have lots to choose from in that style. When we arrived the salesgirl brought a different style, "their most popular dress". To be nice, we all said it was pretty, so she brought 6 more just like it. Can we see the style we asked for in the email? What email? It was like pulling teeth, but she finally reluctantly brought a couple in the style we wanted. "That's all we have in that style". Really? Fit and flare, trumpet, or mermaid?

Thank you Jenny from Ania Collection!!. My best friend and I made an appointment about a month and were really excited to go. We knew that we weren't going to find her dress that day but were excited to get the process started. We walked into the shop and everyone there was really nice. Not like, overwhelming annoyingly nice, but actually genuine to see us. Which I thought was nice because we were there late on in the day on a Friday and I thought everyone would just be ready to go and hit happy hour by that point.

But Jenny was our consultant and she was AMAZING! She wasn't overwhelmingly enthusiastic, she was actually involved in our process. We talked to her about what we wanted and she brought us the best display of dresses. From the very simply to the very elaborate, but all within in the budget we discussed. She was very realistic and didn't try and pressure us into anything.

Then suddenly, she pulled out the perfect dress. We had no intention of buying a dress that day, but she nailed it. She found the best dress. It was different than what we had originally thought, because we had thought about short but she brought us the long version and it was love at first sight. We tried on other but we all went back to that one. She gave us dresses that were more expensive but even she said that one was the best. It was probably the least expensive of the ones we picked but she knew it was the best.

She let my friend try it on a few times and it was perfect. She even gave us time and space to talk about it ourselves.

I am the maid of honor and not a very "girly" girl. And my best friend who I was with wanted something very specific and isn't overly girly either and we were both totally comfortable with Jenny. She was genuine and happy and hilarious. We had so much fun with her and she made the experience so much fun.

It wouldn't have been the same without Jenny. She was even jumping around and excited with us as my friend tried stuff on. It was great and I am so glad she was our consultant.

GO TO THIS PLACE! We had no idea what we were doing and they were so nice. GO HERE! They will do the same for you. Thanks Jenny!…

Great Dresses - Poor Alterations. The Ania Bridal employee who helped me pick the perfect dress was awesome! Her name is Rachel and the shop has a great staff of very helpful associates and beautiful dresses for all budgets. My dress was amazing and was only $900! Rachel even accommodated my coming in several times to show visiting relatives my gown before my wedding!

The problem with my dress actually arose from the alterations person, Julie, recommended by Ania Bridal. Julie was incredibly sweet and came into the shop to work on my dress alterations so that my gown never had to leave the shop. However one of the straps she put on my previously strapless gown came off during my first dance!

Had she mentioned to me that there was even the slightest chance that the straps wouldn't work for that gown I would have NEVER paid extra to have them put on! I actually missed my ENTIRE reception because I was in the bathroom with my aunt and cousin who were helping me to fix the strap. VERY DISAPPOINTING!…
