Part of the Hilton family of hotels, this property boasts numerous work-friendly accommodations. Each room features an oversized work desk, two phones with dual phone lines and free high-speed Internet access with complimentary secure remote printing. Rooms also include a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Additionally, a free 24-hour business center is available for faxing and copying. Those seeking relaxation can visit the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry convenience mart that sells snacks and sundries, the swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness center.

Great room - it made us sad to leave. This Hilton Garden Inn has a lot going for it -- rooms that are smartly appointed, luscious bedding and good mattresses, great complementary toiletries, even a nice lobby with complimentary cookies at the end of the day. On top of all that, it's walking distance to at least six restaurants and provides quick access to Lake Oswego's network of paths for walking, running and cycling. The only negatives were a slow tub drain (which was fixed immediately after we reported it) and one somewhat surly front desk attendant. Based on our experience, we're eager to try other Hilton Garden Inn locations.
