I have been to Dosha twice and was disappointed both times. Don't get me wrong, the massages are great, but the customer is TERRIBLE (a common theme from what I have read from other reviews). The last time I went was the last time I will go. My massage was pretty good, followed by a so so pedicure. I assumed the nail polish was still wet given the quick application job, but was told I needed to go and settle my bill downstairs. The issue was, my two friends were still receiving services and we hadn't set an agreed upon meeting location so I asked if I could wait in the lobby. I was looking forward to a slow paced, relaxing day, not being chased out by staff. Not only were my nails still wet, but my friends were still getting their treatments! The rude staff told me I needed to go downstairs and settle my bill. I was actually kicked out and not allowed to wait in the little lobby area upstairs. And sure enough, my pedicure paint job smeared!

I purchased a massage for my lover and payed it in advance on the phone. Come to find out that when I called her after the massage she not only said the massage was horrible, but I discovered that they had charged her as well! I've had good massages there but I guess it's a gamble... Their turnover rate is way high. It must be the management. Now I have to go and deal with getting a refund for a present that wasn't even worth it. Will never go again.
