Satisfied Regular :-). I've been going to Envy for several years now, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Nice decor, the most comfortable chairs, combined with a talented and beautiful staff. What more could you ask for? How 'bout hospitality? Everytime I've stepped foot in the salon, I'm offered a wide array of refreshments, everything from coffee to white or red wine. Simply the best!

great salon!. My experience at Envy was great! It has an up beat and fun atmosphere. I love my haircut and color, and they treat you like you have been coming there forever! Very inviting!

Just The Worst. Having read the two previous reviews, I decided to try Envy. I went in for color and cut and what a disaster. The girl was new and obviously didn't know what she was doing. My color is splotchy and the cut is not at all what I asked for. This salon was cute and trendy but be careful who you ask for.

review number 2. very impressive salon. I was a little weary of getting my hair cut; I only get it done about every two months and I don't like risking a bad cut. I'm a guy too, so sometimes it's a little harder to get a good looking haircut that isn't too 'stylized'. With this place only having one review on citysearch, i wasn't sure what to expect. Anyways, everyone was very friendly there, it had a very urban chic feel, and I'm more than happy with my haircut.

Salon that stands out from the rest. About a year ago, I serendipitously found Envy Hair Studio. I just moved to Portland from Southern Cal and did not know a soul. I admit to trying a handful of salons (mostly in northwest and the pearl where I lived at the time) but I was not feeling satisfied. I felt perhaps that I was being too particular. I looked up Envy in the phone book and booked an appointment. Found my niche. I loved that the team of hair professionals at Envy work together as color and style experts. Unlike most hair snobs, there was no uncomfortable pressure to cut my hair short. Instead they worked with my needs and enhanced my style.

The Best. Envy is a really fun salon. I've being seeing Jasmine for about 3 years and she does an amazing job every time. She gives me a scalp massage with my haircut that's so relaxing!
