Word of mouth is the best way to find a good salon, and 10 years ago I heard that Naomi was really good. She has cut my hair for many times now, and even with fine hair, she somehow makes me look good! And I always look forward to going because of her bubbly personality and garden.

I'm not sure why this salon is under top rated salons in Portland. She wasn't that skilled in coloring my hair, and cut was average. She is friendly and nice though.

Best Haircut/Color in Portland

Naomi's Hair Apparent is a delightful and tranquil setting for a beauty shop. Naomi is one of the best colorest/sylists in Portland. I not only enjoy the setting but also the great and easy conversation. Naomi is wonderful with children of all ages, adults and anyone in between. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.
