Very poor customer service. Horrible customer service. From the moment I walked into the salon the owner and another employee acted like THEY were so put out to have me bringing them business! My feet were barely scrubbed and nails hardly filed. I was rushed out when they decided that it was time for me to go. When it came to paying I tried to with a credit card-I was told "only cash or check". There were no signs that mentioned this anywhere. I had no cash and when I told them this, their reply was "well return customers know that we only take cash/check". Well I was not a return customer-how on earth was I supposed to know? Luckily I had my checkbook. Poor quality pedicure and even worse customer service. In our economy you'd think any and everyone would be happy to be getting business-not Lily nails. Again, I was made to feel like I was putting them out. Will NEVER go back!
