The Worst!.
I had my hair cut at regis about 2 months ago and it was by far the worst haircut that I have EVER had! It took two and a half hours and I left with an uneven mess, wishing that I had a hat to cover what was left of my once long, thick hair. I gave it a few days to recover but it didn't get any better, so I embarked on a 6 week long battle to get, at the very least, my money back.
I am here to warn you NOT to set foot in Regis Salon. You will regret it!

Personal Touch. James did such super job on my color, perm, and haircut. I really enjoyed the personal touch and attention. What joy!!!
