The stylist was pleasant and helpful. The place was clean. The manager Candy was extremely kind to us and even gave us $2 off when we forgot our coupon. The stylist I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this place.

Usually in customer service, it is the customer who is rude and hard to deal with; in this case, the service provider is the one at fault. During a recent visit, the stylist was nothing less than mean. Not only did she ignore the haircut length/style request, she got sassy and said, "Would you like to finish this yourself?" She made references to "not understanding your English," and then when asked to get the manager, proclaimed herself the manager and threatened to call the police if the haircut was not paid for.
Businesses that condone this type of behavior do not deserve your hard-earned money. This francise claims to be affordable and convenient (no appointment necessary)--that should not give them free-reign to lower the level of service provided.
Of course, the corporate office will be contacted, but it is an individually-owned franchise; please heed this warning and plea.
