Mountain Soles Has Soul. I've used Mountain Soles to repair drysuits, gloves, zippers, and even install a zipper on a leather jacket. Every time the work has been done expertly and finished on the day promised. I couldn't be happier with my experiences with Mountain Soles and have been a regular customer for about 7 years now--particularly for drysuit gaskets which tend to rip regularly.

I've taken all sorts of things to be repaired here over the years, and without exception, have been very pleased with the quality, attention to detail, and timeliness of their work.
They came highly recommended, and I always recommend them to others - Even in a shoe store while overhearing someone complain about a bad shoe repair! Their very loyal following is well-deserved. Excellent local business!
3 for 3 repairing for me. Stumbled onto a great pair of really nice cross country ski boots with blown out side zippers. I took them down hoping to get the zippers replaced. Not only were they replaced, they look upgraded over the originals and they did a great finish job. That's the third great experience I've had there. They re-soled a great old pair of hiking boots for me and replaced a zipper in a tent I have. Great work across a range of repairs. They came highly recommended when I heard about them and I can feel great at passing the recommendation along to others!
Awesome shop, awesome services!. Every time I go in to Mountain Soles, I'm treated like family. Family that loves me! In the past I've needed to replace some broken or missing buckle pieces on a couple of gear bags, and Mountain Soles always has always had what I need. While I haven't personally had my shoes resoled or my gear fixed up, it gives me peace of mind to know that these awesome, knowledgeable people are here if I ever need it, and I won't have to drop another $200 on a tent if mine gets caught on a tree or something. These people are awesome!
DONT USE. So I left some shoes to get resoled and it was estimated to take 2-3 weeks max. It has been 5 weeks and I still do not have my shoes. And now the owners decide to go on vacation. TERRIBLE!!!
We offer our apologies to the unhappy customer who offered the review of our shop. We give every customer a claim ticket with the due date stamped on it. We do not call each customer when each item is completed, due to the high volume of customers we work with. We expect the customer to come pick up their items on, or after the day their item is completed (as indicated on their claim ticket). We understand that it is frustrating for our customers that our shop occasionally closes, but over the summer of 2008 we did not have any employees, and closing the shop is sometimes the only way we can get a vacation. There was an unusually long turn around time in the summer of 2008, again because we did not have an employee.

Our turn around is usually 1-3 weeks depending on work load.
