Never Again. I wish there was a zero star rating because that is what they deserve.I will never shop at any best buy or bestbuy online again. I bought a laptop online and then they cancelled my order for no reason. I spent over an hour on the phone with them. Then I bought one in the store and it had a hardware defect. I spent an hour on the phone with the "Geek Squad", my portable phone died after sitting on hold for that long. So I tried to return/exchange it to the store and they did not have any laptops they were willing to sell me for a comparable value. The person in charge "Coriwna" was not a very professional manager and I am sure that it was a fake name as there was another girl with the name "Bert". Really, what a joke. I have a gift card I will never use, except maybe for fire starter. Don't ever shop here if you don't want to be jerked around.
