BE AFRAID. BE VERY AFRAID.
the staff.
BE AFRAID. BE VERY AFRAID.
the staff was rude and incompetent. the office looked in very poor shape. i didn't even get to the dentist part.
i would sooner go to a dental college then go back to this office. when i asked them to forward my dental records the woman 'BARBARA' said,'WELL LEGALLY WE DONT HAVE TO EMAIL THEM FOR 10 DAYS" its an email. all she had to do was push a button and my X-rays would have been at my new dentist. making me wait 10 days was probably their way of telling me," hey you don't want to use us so why should we be helpful?
i would steer clear of the dentist office.…
NEVER AGAIN! I went here yesterday to
get an exam before getting my wisdom teeth removed.
Rude
Over Booked, I waited for 50 mins to even be called while 6 people who arrived after me went back.
Rough, I only had xrays done and I have cuts in my mouth
Disrespectful, I had another appt booked two hours after my set appt time here and finally after waiting for so long just to be seen by the doctor i got up and left. with 20 mins to spare to get to my next appt.
The doctor would just move room to room doin work was way overbooked and didnt take any time with patients. I think they do this to compensate for how cheap the work they do.
I will never go back.…
ghetto. Pretty ghetto office. Office staff didn't not look professional, offices were untidy and dirty. Violations of HIPPA- I saw patient information and scheduling while waiting for the hygienist to get ready. Low hygiene practices.... pretty sick. Hygienist (while very nice) would leave completed teeth x-rays on the bare counter... and then didn't wipe it down....and to top it off, the dentist says "ok, now let's see those teeth, honey..." yeah, won't return.…
Awful! Terrible Office!. I had a terrible experience with this office yesterday. They took x-rays and I waited 10-15 minutes only to find out they took them wrong so they had to take them AGAIN. After taking them again it was another 10-15 minute wait before they moved me over to the dental chair. They gave me sunglasses that were scratched. When I tried them on they made my vision all blurry. What kind of dental office doesn't give out decent sunglasses? I ended up closing my eyes to avoid staring into that bright light while Dr. Sadakah was looking in my mouth. I noticed immediately that Dr. Sadakah had TERRIBLE breath even through the mask he was wearing. To top it all off he said I needed $500 worth of fillings. On the way out the front desk people took forever to figure out my bill and exactly what the fillings would cost. All in all this place was AWFUL and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I would urge everyone to STAY AWAY at all costs!…
A beast with a drill.
I had a pretty bad experience. Long Story short after seeing Dr Sadakah I was on Advil for 4 days and now (almost 2 months later) every time I eat something hot or cold it hurts like hell!!
Cons: not professional, rude, looking forward to finish with your cavity asap so he can jump to the next customer without thinking in the long term of your mouth health.
Ptos: cheap, fast.
Now I'll tell you the long story. I went to the Dentist for a simple check up with no pain at all. First of all, the ladies behind the desk were not the friendliest people around, but I can live with that. May be they were having a bad day.
The Dental Hygienists was definitely not friendly and not too professional either. She took (literally) 10 x-rays because she could not get a clear image.
When I met Dr Sadakah was OK. But when he started working was NOT OK. He fix 2 cavities at once. He drilled for, may be, 3-4min.
In some point he was so close to the nerve I felt the pinch, even with two tubes of anesthesia. When I jumped of the seat because the pain he told me in a rude way to calm down.
After the fillings I went home and I started with advil. Is today that I still think, in a really bad way, about Dr Sadakah every time I eat.
Conclusion. You get what you pay for.…
