after seeing the comments, i had to sign up and comment myself. some comments on there seem very nasty, and some seem over the top great.! so who is right? i suppose the experience is based on your own personal point of view.??? if a person were to neglect their teeth for years, and then come in and find out the bad news, and then turn around and blame the doctor for a huge price tag to get thier teeth back to normal, thats not fair to give a doctor a bad review on this site. now if the doctor did shabby work, or mabye did a price change without warning, that is one thing, but to blame the doc for a high price, no way. as long as the doctor examines you, gives you accurate information, and a solid price quote, then there is nothing to complain about. if you dont like the prices, then you can simply go to another cheaper doctor, and roll the dice. careful, you get what you pay for. me personally? i didnt take the greatest care of my teeth, due to finances, and that was my own fault. yes, there is a lot of work to be done, and it isnt cheap, but i dont blame the doc for that. as for my experience with the cleaning and exam, i was happy with the level of service and professionalism, i was happy with just about everything, except that i have work to do on my teeth which will cost me, but thats not the fault of the doc. hope that clears up things for readers.  View Less … View More

Biggest scam ever. I only went to this dentist because I had a coupon for an exam and cleaning. He told me that I had three cavities which would equal over $700 out of my pocket. I decided to go back to my dentist to get the work done. I was quite surprised when my dentist went over the x-rays, examined my teeth, and told me that my teeth look great and he didn't find a single cavity. Wow, was I floored. I think you mean Super Awesome Receptionist. I also started going here through buying a Groupon, but I've had the exact opposite experience than rkwcasting. (Why would you buy it if it was so far away from you?) The staff is super friendly, and especially Debbie, who some might actually think is over the top nice. She texts, emails and calls you to confirm appointments. Then she thanks you if you bother to reply. They'll soak your hands in parafin wax while you wait. They have comfy chairs and a fireplace to sit by, and they're always on time. Thanks to not having adequate dental care for many years I've been there half a dozen times now and it's always been a good experience. And my root canal and crown work (while not exactly pleasant) has been perfect.  View Less … View More

Super rude receptionist!!!. Bought a groupon for a teeth cleaning at this dentist's office...this experience has definitely taught me never to buy a groupon again! I called to make my appointment and the receptionist was so rude! She refused to spell my name correctly even after I spelled it slowly and clearly for her and then gave me an appointment that is 4 months from now!!!!!
