i love this place! its beautiful, and the people who run it are so warm and kind. Kaniz is an AMAZING henna artist. you will love the service you recieve here as well as the atmoshphere. kaniz also does henna at the portland sat market. i also get my bindis for performing here.

Best Henna that I've ever had. I loved getting the Henna done on my hands and my pregnant belly area. The artist was very professional and she really knows her business. I have had henna done for me wedding ceremony 10 years ago and it was nice, but this studio does very nice work.

It has now been almost three years since I've been back, but if there is another "Special" occasion in my future I will be sure to back to this artist! She was wonderful.

Amazing henna--the best in Stumptown!. The most incredible henna art I have ever seen--I feel so lucky to get to have it on my body! The Silk and Stone henna studio was beautiful and relaxing. I was made to feel right at home as I let my worries slip away, and when I came out of the wonderful trance it put me in, I found I had gotten exactly what I wanted, both in the art and experience I enjoyed. I will definitly be going back!

Great experience!. Sanya did beautiful henna on my hands and (very pregnant) stomach. She was very nice and welcomed me into her home to do the work. It took two hours, and it looks great this morning.
