Love you No Bonz About It!!. I have been taking my 4 year old lab mix to No Bonz for about 3 months now, and it has been the BEST experience for the both of us!! All I have to say is "Ready to go to school?" and his ears perk up and I swear he looks like he's smiling!! It has been so beneficial to the both of us...he gets to socialize and play with his doggie friends and i get to take home a very sleepy and content dog...which makes ME very happy. I feel safe knowing he is in great hands with the crew they have there and it always smells nice (hard to believe i know)! I love that they have web cams so I can peek in and watch him streak across the screen like a flash of light because he's playing with his best friends. I can tell the staff really love my dog which makes his time there worry free for me...you just can't put a price on that (which by the way is very reasonable)! I don't know what I would do with out you No Bonz!! Thank you!!…
No Bonz is the BOMB.. No Bonz is the best daycare in Portland, hands down. I've been sending all 3 of my dogs there for 7 years and have always been greeted with exceptional service. One of my "kids" was a giant-breed and epileptic; he had many seizures while at daycare and the staff there always knew just what to do. Even though his disability made caring for him a handful, the No Bonz gang never made me feel like Hank was a burden. My newest addition to the No Bonz family is a young puppy with tons of energy. The amazing staff there take great care of this precious cargo, and snap plenty of pictures of her to keep me apprised of her adorable hijinks. I also love watching Fancy, and my eldest, Homer, on the webcam when they're at daycare. I'm so lucky to have this amazing resource to help me care for my dogs.…
Service based on appearance of your dog, not behavior. I will say that the staff had been kind to my fiancee's dogs for the 10 years he had been taking them there. He had been given a "old timer rate" since he was one of the owner's first customers. We were told that this business allows pit mixes, and we believed them as there are a few there. We were pleased with this because our 12 year old Aussie was retiring from daycare, and our 4.5 month old pit mix puppy was ready to go with our 7 year old Sharpei mix. I watched him on the web cam and called to check in on him. I was told that he was behaving very well and having a great time. Around 2 that afternoon, I was called by the owner and told that my pit mix puppy was no longer welcome. Not because of his behavior, but because of how he looked. She admitted that he did nothing wrong. She claimed that it was her insurance policy, but there are other pit mixes, German Shepherds, other "dangerous breeds" etc. attending No Bonz. Additionally, when my fiancee called and talked to her about the situation, she made no explanations as to why the others were allowed to stay, and our puppy was not. She even made a comment about hoping he could find a rate as good as the one she gave him. Shame on you, No Bonz. We were able to find a daycare that based acceptance of dogs on behavior (which both our dogs passed with flying colors) not appearance, or money. Oh, and we found them to have a better rate than No Bonz. No Bonz About It...they do not care about dogs/ client relationships as much as money.…
