Really, really.....bad. Not at all a pampering or relaxing pedicure experience. The room temp was chilly and the water tepid, the wax too hot yet poured directly onto the skin, and it would appear excoriation had been mistaken for exfoliation, because they nearly drew blood. In addition, the staff ranged from bored and indifferent to abrasive and openly irritated. Despite the sub-par service my nails did turn out nicely so I give them credit for that, but regardless it was a truly disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

Excellent price and service. Super clean. Eco-friendly salon.. Yes, they have remodeled and they're now known as Vive Nail spa. The salon is completely different. I love the way they remodeled the salon. It's quite, soothing, and very relaxing. I feel like i was in a spa instead of a nail salon. Very impressed with the new image. In addition, all their equipment is new and i heard from my nail artist that they're going eco-friendly with their products and equipments. That's great to know that they are going GREEN. It's really rare to hear that a nail salon go GREEN. In fact, i haven't heard of any around my area. I am a tree huger so this is definitely a big plus.

Angekay, sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience, but they're now Vive Nail Spa. I had a good experience with them.. Like usual, i swing by the salon to check if they have time for a manicure. I was shock with the new image and the new faces. I thought i walked into the wrong place. I recall the last time I've been at this salon, it's wasn't this clean and pretty. Everything completely changed, even the technician. Well most of them. I love their new image, it's very spa-like and upscale. At first, i thought this must attach a hefty price tag to the change, but the price was unchanged. In fact, i got a good price under the new management. The technician that help me was friendly and well mannered. She talked me into getting more than a manicure that day, but i've a great time. I feel like I was getting spa services at a discount price. I hope they will have more service in the future.

I definitely recommend you to try them again and anyone else. Great price, upscale and spa like salon, and good service.

Good manicure, ok service. The manicure was was done well - not outstanding, but not terrible - but the customer service wasn't that great. The manicurist barely said two words to me, even though I tried to engage her several times in conversation. (I could tell English wasn't her first language, and maybe she felt shy about speaking English. I enjoy conversing with non-native English speakers, however, and hoped that she would at least feel comfortable saying hello.)

When the manicure was finished, she left me to dry under the light, and never came back. When I figured my nails were dry enough, I got up to leave and she didn't even look at me from the couch she was lying on as I walked out.

All in all, I probably wouldn't go back. As a customer, I like to at least feel welcome in the businesses I frequent, and not left at the back of the shop.
