Don't sign that lease!!!. We've lived here for just over 2 years. We moved in because there was no pet deposit and we have a cat. Now, 2 years later, the new manager (our 3rd in two years!) demanded that we pay a $345 pet deposit! Can they do this?!

Plus, in the past 4 months our rent has increased 3 times. Again, this is all under the new manager. Before she was here I would have recommended this place to anybody...we were very happy.

Since she has taken over things have gone downhill. We've made requests for maintenance that has not only never happened...they've never been acknowleged. The 'quality' of neighbors has gone down the drain too. This used to be a nice professional apartment complex but now theres loud parties, broken beer bottles in the parking lot, and the parking has gotten out of control. I would not recommend this complex to anyone anymore.

Lastly, they have offered that when you sign a new lease (after at least 1 year of rental) they will either pay for your carpets to be cleaned or take money off for 1 month of rent. That has never happened either. It seems that they keep putting a new manager in this place and then they just point fingers back and forth. Basically, lots of promises that have never been delivered.…
