very relaxing. My family just moved to Oregon and we received a coupon for a free first cut. I also needed a color so my stylist consulted with the owner and both asked several clarifying questions regarding what I was hoping from the color...how long did I expect it to last...what did I want to spend...etc. I was very satisfied with the entire experience - my stylist gave a great cut, paid attention to detail, and I left feeling much better about my hair than when I went in!
