Bad customer service

I was looking at a pair of gem earings that were different sized guages and had some other issues. I was quoted a price that was written down and when I started asking questions about them another clerk came over and told me that it was they were $25 more than what I was told. She was very rude and acted like I had done something wrong.
I have worked retail for over 10 years and I have never been treated like that. I have never seen a business not honor the price that they had quoted or that was written down-even if it was wrong. I will not be shopping here again.

I'VE BEEN TO METRO MANY TIMES AND EACH TIME THE SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND INCLINED TO YOUR EVERY QUESTION. THE CLOTHES ARE AMAZING THIER DEF UNIQUE I LOVE METRO!!!
