A Portland Landmark. This store is a must for anyone who wants to experience the fun side of Portland. The location rocks too, it's the best part of hawthorne. Full of sassy club-friendly apparel and accessories, plus a great piercing shop! hey have Burning man clothes as well as casual. Metro is quirky and unique. Love this store!

Great store, Great service!!. I visited Portland recently and my friends took me to this store. The staff was very friendly, most helpful and the service excellent.

I will most definitely be back there to shop again on my next visit to the great city of Portland.

Bad customer service. I was looking at a pair of gem earings that were different sized guages and had some other issues. I was quoted a price that was written down and when I started asking questions about them another clerk came over and told me that it was they were $25 more than what I was told. She was very rude and acted like I had done something wrong.

I have worked retail for over 10 years and I have never been treated like that. I have never seen a business not honor the price that they had quoted or that was written down-even if it was wrong. I will not be shopping here again.

METRO ROCKS. I'VE BEEN TO METRO MANY TIMES AND EACH TIME THE SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND INCLINED TO YOUR EVERY QUESTION. THE CLOTHES ARE AMAZING THIER DEF UNIQUE I LOVE METRO!!!
