Bad customer service. I was looking at a pair of gem earings that were different sized guages and had some other issues. I was quoted a price that was written down and when I started asking questions about them another clerk came over and told me that it was they were $25 more than what I was told. She was very rude and acted like I had done something wrong.

I have worked retail for over 10 years and I have never been treated like that. I have never seen a business not honor the price that they had quoted or that was written down-even if it was wrong. I will not be shopping here again.…
