Great prices, great drinks, ONE horrible bartender. I love this bar, and used to frequent it often on my nights off. Unfortionatly, there bartender, Keith / Heath will keep me away. When I see him behind the bar, I walk away. I used to love the heavy drinks, cheap prices, and decent crowd. But since his arrival, the service was slow, or we were ignored, he gave us attitude, and told my friend to "stop wasting his time and order already" and when we left, he complained loudly about his tip. Sorry that such a great place is ruined by such a poor employee, especially because I bartend at a bar up the street, I know there are better bartenders out there.

crapsville. What a dump. Smoke everywhere and a crowd of f-ing thugs. The bartender Keith is a goth a-hole with a stick up his butt. Actually lectured my friend, Sandra, after she tipped him what HE deemed "too little." Do Not go to this dive of all dives.

What a surprise!. McAnulty and Barry's has and good ole fashion pub feel! The food is great! You won't burn your budget, micro brews are plenty, changing all the time and cheapest in Portland!!! They have nightly food specials and the manager has improved the place 200%, she takes care of everyone!!!! Several pool tables, but a warning, many nights pool is free and you will see the cheapskates play for free, drink a bud for a buck and order $1.00 food...those are the cheap college kids and low budget seekers, but soon after happy hour they go and it livens up. You'll find monthly beer/wine tasting events, which brings atmosphere to the city! Wait til you see the near 100 year old bar front, gorgeous...Portland pubs would be jealous! There is a lot of history at the pub, old photos, furniture and across from the court house! Truly a rare find!!!!!!!
