I went in to Key Laser Institute yesterday for a consultation which was $75. but I had a $50. off coupon from online. The staff was very nice, organized and spent as much time with me as I needed. They had all had different types of laser by the Dr. done themselves so they had first hand experience. The Dr. certainly does have his selling agenda perfected but he answered all my questions profoundly. My feeling is that this man is an artist. Perhaps he has somewhat of an quirky personality and they definitely "sell" but then again it is a business and even my gastronologist "sells" me his services. I am going to go have the DOT facial therapy this next week and I am coming all the way from Eugene Oregon to have the DOT therapy performed. I know it won't be the all in all miracle laser to make me look like a teenager again but I do believe and hope that I am going to see a big change after a few weeks of the laser treatment. I will try to get back on here to let people know about my experience. Oh boy Wish me well.

After scheduling and reviewing many other laser options in OR, I felt that Key offered the best variety of services. I arrived on time for my appointment was kept waiting for over 20 mins, when I asked how long the wait would be the staff seemed a bit clueless. Once I was finally moved to a consultation room I met w/a RN who ran me through and took several photos, finally after another 15 mins of waiting I met the Dr. Not only did he seem rushed during our session, but limited information was offered regarding why he recommended certain procedures. I have to say I have never been in a Dr. office were I felt more uncomfortable or hurried, I felt as if I was imposing on the Dr. 's time and he just wanted to sell me on procedures. After finishing the consult I was at a 2 hour mark for the time spent in the office, having reviewed similar laser services, the cost quoted was over 50% higher than I had seen anywhere else. Based on this first experience alone, I would not go back to purchase any services, although cost was not an issue I was so disappointed in the experience, staff and especially the Dr. I would advise not spending the $100.00 consult fee-look elsewhere.
