I’m the Business Manager for Dr. Darm at Aesthetic Medicine. I came across these responses and had to reply on behalf of the clinic. We are the second largest Medical Spa on the West Coast. We see on average 40-60 clients a day. We have over 25 laser devices with years of experience. We do Wrinkles, Injections, Cellulite, Acne, Sun Damage, Rosacea, Mole/Skin Tag Removal, Veins, Tattoo removal, Hair removal, and run a Medical Weight Loss Program. Dr. Darm meets every single patient who walks in our clinic. We strive for results and everyday look to our clients to better define our procedures. We are a leading provider in the state for Botox. Botox is provided by one manufacture called Allergan. We do not water our Botox down. Our Physician is by far one of the most conservatives when injecting Botox. We start with 15 units in one area because we’ve seen wonderful results. Yes, we can give you additional units depending on your particular needs however if 15 units work why pay more? Yes, we realize that we are under priced on some of our products and services. We want to make our pricing reasonable so it’s affordable to every house hold income. I invite you to look at our website and view the video’s you will see for yourself we are educators and run a top notch clinic. If you have a problem or issue with our clinic I welcome you to contact me directly. If you are interested in the best possible results then you have come to the right place. I look forward to hearing from you 503.697.9777.

I do NOT Recommend Aesthetic Medicine Spa. ONLY the first time that I had botox at Aesthetic Medicine Spa on Shady Lane it worked well, everytime since it did not work. I went back once for a redo and they did it again without charging me. But even the REDO didin't work. Because I live far away and I travel a lot I couldn't go back a 3rd time to show them that it did not take so I had it done locally where I live and although I paid more it worked! I just ate the loss of over $200 at Aesthetic Medicine Spa. Because they have a low botox price I decided I would try Botox again at Aesthetic Medicine Spa. I paid for an extra 10 units and had 20 unites instead of the 15 they had formerly given me. I don't know why I am the one who has to figure out how many units I am suppose to have. I feel that because they are the "professionals" that is something they should know and be responsible for not me. They should be able to tell me you need ----- units. It has always felt like a guessing game in that office. When I returned yet again with no results they refused to redo it without charging me the full price. THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. IT WAS THEIR DECISION HOW MUCH BOTOX I SHOULD HAVE AND THEY SHOULD STAND BY THEIR PROFESSIONAL DECISION. P.S. What I'm doing now. ONe of the reasons I had decided to go to Portland (I live out of town) as I was also considering having a full facial laser done anyway. They would not redo the Botox. It's very unfortunate because I did like Dr. Dharma and his staff were OK. I have now gone to KEY LASER institute and had a much more professional experience. The botox is working and I will have the full facial laser through this office instead of Aesthetic Medicine Spa. It was always a bit quirksome to me anyway that the office staff at Aesthetic Medicine are all very young and not really representative of women like myself who come to have facial rejuvenation.
Cons: They do not stand by their work. Botox doesn't work. No older staff workers
