Rude Management, Overpromises, Money-Monger

Once they took my money which is upfront, they became rude, dismissive, and certainly failed to follow-through their promises. The management, sales staff and customer service sucks! Time and time again, they failed to provide the services I paid for. What a waste of $1750 for acne treatment. The entire treatment was a joke the fact that they kept giving me unskilled workers the minute of my appointment replacing my scheduled aethetician without notice, the lasik equipment often non-functional, and usually took me into my appointment very late and then dismissed me earlier than my 1-hour paid sessions. The entire treatment did not make any difference.

• Pros: free tea/coffee - to make up for the long wait time
• Cons: The most AWFUL customer service.

The BEST !!!!!!

I've been working with a trainer for over a year, 4X a week. I was unable to work off the last tummy and side fat. After some research, I came accross Aesthetic Medicine. I had my assistant quickly scheduled a free consulation and went in to discuss the options they have. During the consulation, I was explained in detail the three options they currently had to offer to help with my little ares that would not go away. I was 100% sold on the procedure that I chose, it was the Laser Lipo Lift. I QUICKLY scheduled my appointment. I was telling everyone about it. The day of my procedure, I was a little nervious. Once I arrived at Aesthetic Medicine, all my concerns were released. The staff made me feel comfortable. I was 100% awake for my procedure, just numed in the mid section. I was laying on the bed talking to the Doctors, texting, answering e-mails all while the prodecure was going on. Yes, they were lasering and sucking fat out while I was working on my I-Phone. Once the procedure was done, I went home and was only down for little over a day. For the next three days after my procedure, The staff would call me to make sure I was doing alright. The doctor even gave me her personal cell number just incase. I felt so taken care of. I was not just another number, I was a real person to them. Even on my two follow-up appointments, they knew my name when I walked in the door and greeted me with a smile. I tell everyone about the procedure that I had done and tell them to go see Aesthetic Medicine. I even show people the picture of the fat they took out of me. Still have it on my phone. If you are thinking of having a little "maintaince" done as I like to call it. Visit Aesthetic Medicine. You will not be sorry. I'm not, and my procedure was over 3 months ago.

I am writing in support of Dr Darm and his staff at Aesthetic Medicine. My experience with the clinic began with apphrehension, mainly because other diets or weight reduction therapies had not worked consisitently..I asked many questions and was never pressured other than the statement that I may be a good candidate for a lipo-lift proceedure. I supported this by my own "buy-in" of diet and excercise. After 4 treatments I began to see results..My waist had ballooned to a 38 and my weight to 215 lbs..Today, after 8 treatments, my weight is down to 195lbs with a target of 187...and I just purchased a size 32 waist jean this weekend.. Lipo-lift may not be for everyone, but if you're interested , give it your best to make it happen.. Thanks again to the staff!
