Affordable boutique. I have received great compliments on all of the clothing I have purchased here. It is not the typical "mall" store.

Best Boutique. Hands down one of my favorite shops in Portland. Amazing, knowledgable and friendly staff. The clothes are reasonably priced and completely original, unlike some shops on 23rd that all sell the same stuff. Everywhere I travel I get complements on the pieces I have bought there. And a bonus is that loyal customers are taken VERY good care of.

Fantastic Customer Service. My husband went searching for my Christmas gift the other night and ended up in Sloan. He didn't buy anything that day because he wasn't sure about my size but when he got home he raved about their customer service, something that he rarely does. Tonight we headed back in there to find me something to wear to a Christmas party and I have to agree, the customer service was amazing. The lady who was helping us was very cheerful and had lots of ideas that would work well for me. She suggested trying a couple different things to see how the cut worked with my body and go from there. A smart move, but not something that I'd ever considered doing myself. I had a big duh moment there :) She brought me a ton of clothes while I was trying stuff on that she thought would work and then brought me a pair of high heels so I could get a better feel for how it would look with my shoes. I tend to dress down when I go shopping and find that I almost always get poor treatment in moderate to high priced boutiques as a result. Not so in Sloan. The staff was very pleasant, even at the end of what is surely a long day of Christmas sales, smiling the entire time we were there. I'll definately be shopping there again.
