Editorial Review for Seasons & Regions Seafood Grill – by Christie Scotty
In Short
Deep wooden booths and happy diners pack this tiny seafood house tucked between the Hillsdale and Multnomah enclaves. The fish and shellfish specialties are so deftly prepared, regulars almost don't want word to get out. Most dinners start with the trademark tomato-basil soup; entree specials may include razor clams and a ginger-lime salmon yakisoba. The screened-in outdoor dining is popular, as is weekend brunch, with five variations on eggs Benedict.

Went here for my birthday dinner with my girlfriend and grandparents. All the food we had was exceptional. Drinks were also good. The tables were small and didn't hold all our plates and drinks well. They have a nie patio for when the weather is good. Waitstaff was really friendly and helpful.
Pros: Good service, Great food
Cons: Bad parking, small tables

I have eaten at this restaurant more times than I care to mention... I've been there for dinner, happy hour, and brunch. As a dessert fanatic, I can say that the desserts at S&R are some of the best around. The homemade ice cream is amazing. However, despite the great desserts, my favorite menu item is the grilled cheese & tomato soup combo. It's not on the regular menu (it's on the vegetarian menu), but it's to die for. I never knew a grilled cheese & tomato soup could taste so yummy, yet sophisticated. :) They use Tillamook cheese and 7-grain bread - this, coupled with the already great tomato soup, make it something truly delicious, especially on a chilly evening!
Pros: The happy hour menu & the desserts
Cons: Sometimes the staff can be a little aloof and unattentive, but usually ok
