In Short – Deep wooden booths and happy diners pack this tiny seafood house tucked between the Hillsdale and Multnomah enclaves. The fish and shellfish specialties are so deftly prepared, regulars almost don't want word to get out. Most dinners start with the trademark tomato-basil soup; entree specials may include razor clams and a ginger-lime salmon yakisoba. The screened-in outdoor dining is popular, as is weekend brunch, with five variations on eggs Benedict.
Awesome!

This place is just awesome. We decided to check it out after searching for "Seafood" in our GPS when we were in the area house-hunting.
I decided I needed to move to Hillsdale so I could be nearer this restaurant!
The staff is great - always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable.
Go there for cheap food, or for anything - you won't regret it.
We have been back many times and plan to make this one of our regular spots.
- Pros: cheap food menu rocks!
- Cons: parking
Great seafood, great wine, great dessert, great service

My husband and I have eaten here several times before, and we've always been impressed by the menu selection and freshness of the food as well as the selection and affordability of wines, but the service was always lacking. Until tonight. We spent a lovely evening on the patio with our two children, celebrating our anniversary. Not only was our food incredible (the tomato-basil soup is maybe the best thing ever), as usual, but this time we had excellent service. Prompt, informative, friendly, and oh-so-patient with our five year-olds. We love the local aspect of this restaurant -- locally grown produce, much local seafood, many local wines, and the independent ownership. We will most definitely go back... with friends!
- Pros: Wonderful selection, nice wine list and prices, kid-friendly
- Cons: Plastic chairs, etc. outside
What a find!

My husband and I have always dined at the "Famous" seafood restaurant downtown in SW Portland for our seafood, but not any longer. We stumbled upon Seasons & Regions last night and we were both in seafood heaven. In addition to the extensive wine and beer list, the menu choices were plentiful. Something for everyone. Our food was perfectly prepared. The portion of fish was very generous. Whereas most other seafood restaurants give you the proverbial 4-6oz portion of fish and fill your plate with the side dishes, Seasons & Regions’ fish portion was at least double that of other seafood restaurants. The homemade desert was amazing as well. And for the quality of the food and the portion size, we felt that the prices were very reasonable. We'll be back.... again and again!
- Pros: Amazing food, great prices
- Cons: None
