I bought a used 99 subaru in fair condition. The interior looked awful - mostly dirt and stains. But I needed a AWD vehicle immediately for my wife to get to work safely in the Oregon winter. I didn't recognize it when I picked it up. It looked so much better inside and out. They really did as much as could be done. I was really surprised to see that they made the engine also look like new. Shortly after driving out of the shop, I had car trouble. I thought at the time that it might have been something they had done to it. Tom the owner did everything he could to take car of it and help me get to a mechanic. When I took it to my mechanic, I found it was not anything Autobella did to my car - I am sure of that. But I was really happy with the way Tom was concerned about it. I bought a Groupon for a big discount on Autobella's regular detail price. Regular price was around $325. I scheduled the appoint a couple of months in advance due to their busy schedule. I am very pleased with their work as the Sienna looked almost brand new when I picked it up. Grungy carpet looked as if it were in showroom condition and all the usual places that debris, algae and plant matter hide in the cracks and cranny’s of the car's body were spotless. Next time I need a detail, I won't mind paying full price because Autobella's service is well worth the cost.
Great results on my Volvo. It is an older series car but we love it. Tom scheduled us for a full detail and we also had them do paint touch up work as well as a small bit of leather dying. This brought the car back to a surprisingly good condition. All said, top notch service and quality delivery for us.
We came to Autobella with what we thought was a simple water leak but turned out to be a bogus windshield install from another windshield company in Portland. The owner Tom performed a leak test in front of us to show us how it works, surprisingly simple process. He found that the entire right side of the windshield was not sealing so he repaired the problem. After that was done we had also noticed the footwells were soaking in water. We had them remove the old wool from under the carpet & replace with fresh nylon pad, then detail & ozone the interior. It took two days but was worth it. The interior of our car looks and smells new again and no more leaky windshield. Very qualified people here !

We had some major mold in our car from sitting so long and then the snow came and made it worse. The water was pooling in the foot wells of the car as we drove in. They found the leak below the windshield and repaired it. They saved the carpet and replaced the wool pad underneath and it worked out really well for us. Totally happy with the results and it was done in 24 hours.
Great work! Took a while to get in (since I had bought a coupon, and I have a tight schedule), but I'll definitely be back. I have an old beat up Subaru, and they made it look like new! They even took out a bunch of dents which I was not expecting, they got all the coffee stains out of the carpet, and all the dirt/dog hair out of the nooks and crannies. And the exterior looks phenomenal, nicely cleaned and waxed. As the previous reviewer said, just beautiful! Thanks, Autobella!
Are you kidding? How is Autobella
getting these good reviews? I purchased two Groupons for an exterior detail service. I purchase one for our Tahoe and the other for my 135i. After I saw the work they did on the Tahoe, I cancelled the appointment for my 135i took the Tahoe to Jon at Uptown Detail to fix all the issues. It was a mess! Here is the refund request i sent to Groupon detailing the issues with the detail:
"I purchased two of these Groupons for Autobella. One was for our SUV and the other for our car. I took the SUV to them for the first of the two details and was scheduled to bring the car to them the next day. After i picked up the SUV, I was appalled at the work that was done. I immediately cancelled the appointment for the detail on my car the next day and took the SUV to the detail shop i normally use and had a full detail re-done to fix the issues that Autobella caused on the SUV. Most notable was where the polisher's pad "backing" burned through the clear coat on the rear bumper. Other than that, there were many missed spots in areas such as door jams, trim pieces, etc. There was also over spray from some sort of spray-shine substance all over the car and windows. I also paid separately for an interior detail and it didn't look like they did anything except for spray an Armorall-like substance all over the interior. They didn't bother to wipe it down afterwards in many of the areas. There were pools of it in the center console and some of the seats still had a thick film of it on them. I am requesting a refund for both details services purchased from Autobella through Groupon."
Tom does top notch work and provides exceptional customer service. Over the years I have brought several of my sports cars into his shop for detail work and aesthetic repair requests. I have always been very pleased. A+ in my book!
