Good Service & Selection. I had my car detailed for preparation to sell and they did great work. Was able to drop the key before they opened their drop. I also utilized their car for sale listing service. This service works very well as they had a buyer for me in 48 hours. Great quality & service..keep it up.

Not Customer Friendly!. Autobella is running numerous Living Social and Groupon ads right now. What they don't tell you is you will have trouble redeeming them. They stopped taking bookings for my voucher (expiring 12/15/11) on November 21st, and stated they had it showing on the website for weeks. If I wasn't trying to book it, how would I see that? It should be in the fine print of the deal. Many businesses accept bookings made BY they expiration date. This place cuts you off four weeks early and says Living Social is in support of it. I will take my business to a more customer friendly business.

Good Place. I really like how this company presents itself. It is clean & well organized from my perspective. The detail work they performed was better than I have had anywhere else. I will continue to return.

This is not a legitimate business.. I took my car into Autobella for the third time because I needed my car window fixed that was never properly installed. I dropped my car off at 10:30am and later called to find out the best time for pick up. He said it would be done by 5:00pm.

I walked up to the place and Tom was not around, I looked for someone who knew where my keys would be but when I saw my car I noticed the window had not been fixed. An employee was frustrated because he could not get a hold of Tom to find out what had happened. When we did finally get a hold of him the phone "cut out" on me when I was telling him my frustrations and he never called me back. I drove away with a broken window and permanently damaged door from the first time they guy tried to fix it.

He never reached out to ask how to make this experience better. I had to drive to the shop to personally deliver the new invoice I got from Speedy Glass who fixed my window in 15 minutes and tried to ask for some sort of reimbursement. He did not attempt to care for the trouble I had gone through.

As much as I would like to get compensated for the six trips I have made to Autobella, the several phone calls, emails, and the $300+ it has cost to pay for and then fix my window, It's not worth dealing with someone so disrespectful.

I hope to save you time, energy, money and frustration by telling you not to take your vehicle to Autobella. I did receive wonderful costumer service at Speedy Glass!

Treated like family. I was referred to Autobella by a friend in Seattle who spoke very highly about them. We had our Subaru outback detailed with a pre sale detail. I was embarrassed as there was lots of dog hair. They removed almost all the hair - very surprised. We also had them list our car for sale with their listing service which sold the car in two days. Well done.

Very Busy But Worth The Wait. I had received a Living Social deal as a gift from a relative, It took awhile to get in but it was worth it. They did a great job on the detail. I have had only one other detail in another state and it was decent but this seemed so much more in-depth. I will be looking forward to the next deal they offer as it was such a nice gift.

A Friendly Experience. I had my car detailed here twice now and had a really nice experience both times. The owner Tom is very accommodating and friendly to work with. The job was completed earlier than expected and I really liked the service. Its a pleasure to visit an automotive business when things go smooth.

Cat Pee Special.... I brought my car into Autobella because my cat peed in her cardboard crate when I was taking her to the vet. The smell was intense to say the least. It was explained that they would remove the material from the foam and use an "enzyme" on the foam to kill the bacteria and odor. They also detailed the full interior with an ozone treatment and it worked. Note: Always use a plastic crate to transport your cat in your car !

Filthy Car Gone Clean !. I was a bit embarrassed when I brought in my filthy Volvo. I expected to see a improvement and I REALLY did. I was referred by a friend that spoke very highly of Autobella for some time and I finally got around to getting the car in. From my perspective the job was marvelous. I was able to leave the car on the street and drop the key through their key drop the night before. They sent me a text when the car was ready the next day (love their technology). I will continue to pass on their good name as I was completely impressed.

They are professionals. Very professional and they did a great job! Great place to get a car detailed and they know how to fix the little dings/dents and interior. They can make your car look new again. Worth every $.
