Aweful!! Will never go back!. I used this tanning place a couple years ago and they were only alright at that time, but they were close so I favored on the side of convenience. At the end of my contract I didn't want to renew so I didn't go in again. Then last fall I needed to get some color for a tropical trip and I stopped by to see pricing on a short term package. And then they said I couldn't tan with them because I owed them almost $200!! They said they tried to charge my card twice after I ended my contract and it wouldn't go through so I owed them bank charges and that they sent me to collections!! They NEVER called me or contacted me about anything! And they had the correct phone and address in their system! What kind of company keeps trying to charge you and adds in fees and doesn't contact you to let you know they have an issue... and then send you to collections without so much as phone call or letter!! I will NEVER EVER EVER go back to a Suns Up store!
Best service and cleanest I have seen. I have been tanning at this location for 3 years. Not only did they educate me about tanning, they have helped get the best color on my skin without burning or damage. I was very apprehensive when I started tanning because I have VERY FAIR skin but they have monitored my times, recommended a good lotion and now I have finally a great healthy tan. Every time I visit the store to tan, no matter who is working, I am greeted with a warm smile. Its as if they are actually happy that I am there! T T Thank you also for opening a new closer to my work in Canby! The staff there is just as nice.
professional tanning. I have over eight family members alone that are going to SunsUp Tanning right now and all of them love it. They love the girls and products. that is just family... don't get me started on my friends. this is an fantastic place to tan and I never want to leave.
Very Rude!!!. Omgosh, this lady was about to bite my head off asking information about their salon.Very rude, how in the world do you hire people like that.
Stay away from these people. My review echos the reviews that I see on Citysearch. They have decent facilities and a really nice premium bed. The problem is that you will get poor and unpredictable treatment every time you go in. Jenny is one of the regular workers that has been there for a couple of years. She honestly must have bipolar disorder and has gone out of her way to be rude and follows up with a smile on the next visit. There is simply is no reason for paying customers to be so down on a membership that they dont feel up to going in and getting a tan. I am canceling my membership this month to find somewhere else to go. Ive had it with Suns Up.
ALL AROUND AMAZING. When i go tanning i want to feel like i am wanted and welcome at SunsUp Tanning they do just that. their staff helps you whenever you have questions and helps you find things that better suits your needs and wants. their hours are fantastic especially because i work late some nights i can easily just go there and tan after work. The atmosphere makes you feel welcome as well they facility is very clean and always up to date. its nice to know that they have a lot of beds to chose from that way you rarely have to wait for a bed. i would recommend SunsUp Tanning to anyone and everyone!! i am never going anywhere else.
Disatisfied. Today I cancelled my membership to Suns up Tanning. I am completely disatisfied with the so called "customer service" that is and has been provided. You can count on all of the employees looking "annoyed" that you have come in for service or simply have no sense in urgency to get you checked in as they make signs for the office or gossip about their lives. Yesterday, I stopped by for a quick tan after hitting the gym. I did not have my "tanning key card" but offered to show a Photo I.D. since I had been dropped off by my husband and did not have my keys. After all, I have been a member for almost one year. The employee looked at me and pointed to the sign that explains the importance of having this card, shrugged her shoulders without offering any type of solution to my problem. Then, looking happy that I could not be helped she smiled and went about her business. Again, without any type of solution to my now wasted trip. Is this normal to deny someone their right to tan, after they pay $30/mo for the package? I am forced to believe that my experiences cannot be out of the ordinary. I have worked in customer service for almost six years and I know the importance of making sure you go above and beyond for your customers. Perhaps my experience will help others find the best service they deserve. With all the other Tanning facilities in the Portland Metro Area, think and look elsewhere before you sign up.
